Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have the API of my reservation system (Sevenrooms, OpenTable, …)?
Yes. Access to your reservation system’s API is required so that Painapo can automatically retrieve booking information generated from your advertising campaigns.
Do I need to grant access to my advertising accounts?
Yes. Whether your campaigns are managed internally or by an agency, we need to connect to your advertising accounts.
We will provide you with a partner ID to add to your accounts, which allows us to collect performance data from your campaigns.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time:
Monthly subscription: your subscription will end at the close of the current billing month. The current month remains payable.
Annual subscription: your subscription will end on the anniversary date of your subscription. Partial refunds are not available.
Do I need to add a script to my website?
Yes, if your advertising campaigns redirect users to your website.
This script allows Painapo to track visitors coming from your ads. It will be implemented via Google Tag Manager during the onboarding process.
What is included in the setup fee?
The setup fee is $150 per account for monthly subscriptions and free for annual subscriptions.
It includes:
Setting up Google Tag Manager,
Configuring conversion tracking,
Installing the tracking script on your website.
Our onboarding team will handle the entire technical setup for you.
Which reservation systems are compatible with Painapo?
Currently, Painapo is compatible with Sevenrooms.
If you use another reservation system, you can request integration. Our team will assess feasibility and work with you on the implementation.
Which advertising platforms are supported?
Painapo integrates with the main advertising platforms, including:

Can I use Painapo if I don’t have a website yet?
Yes. If you don’t have a website, your campaigns can redirect directly to a tracked booking widget.
Is my customer data secure?
Yes. Painapo does not store any personal data.
All information displayed comes directly from your reservation system through a secure query.
We only display:
the reservation ID,
the amount spent,
the reservation status,
the reservation date.
If you are using Sevenrooms, you will be able to access the full list of clients who booked through your ads directly in your Sevenrooms account.
