Data we collect
The site only collects personal data when you use one of its forms:
- Contact and demo form: first name, last name, work email, phone number, restaurant or group name, booking system used, message, and the language and page from which the request is sent.
- Newsletter: email address.
Browsing data (IP address, browser type) is processed by Cloudflare to secure the site and protect forms against spam. Audience measurement is only enabled with your consent.

Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor used for marketing without your consent.
Recipients and hosting
Contact and demo requests are forwarded by email to Corentin Largeron (MAHIE) and to Valentin and Mathis from Fyce (fyce.space), who help prepare demos. Only these people have access to them.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which also provides anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and sends the notification emails. Google (Google Tag Manager and the tools deployed through it) is only called after you give your consent. The site's fonts are hosted on the site itself: no request is sent to Google Fonts.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Google may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention periods
- Contact and demo requests: three years from the last exchange, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscription: until you unsubscribe.
- Cookie choices: six months, after which the banner is shown again.
- Audience measurement and advertising cookies: thirteen months at most.
Cookies and trackers
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject or customize cookies. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page. Details are in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to set directives on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise them, write to corentin@mahie.io. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken automatically on the basis of this data.
